Unleash your team's style with Total Image's diverse Uniforms

CVGT Employment, a not-for-profit organisation connecting people with meaningful work and training opportunities, sought to revamp their uniform range as part of a 2022 rebranding effort. They needed a collection that would allow their staff to adapt their attire based on daily responsibilities while maintaining a cohesive and professional appearance. Total Image was selected to curate a uniform solution that met these needs, while also providing an upgraded online store to streamline the ordering process.

CVGT Employment Uniform Case Study

Scope: Curated uniform range, versatile design for multiple roles, custom online store, and professional photoshoot.

The Solution

Total Image worked closely with CVGT to create a mix-and-match uniform range designed to meet the needs of their diverse and inclusive staff. The collection allowed employees to dress up or down, ensuring they were equipped for various professional settings, whether meeting with employers, working with young job seekers, or engaging with clients in regional areas.

The garments, designed in CVGT's brand colors of orange, blue, black, and tan, featured cohesive detailing, including embroidered logos. This allowed employees to maintain a unified look while still offering the flexibility to choose from an extensive variety of items, from formal blazers to casual polos.

Full-Service Approach

To enhance the visual impact of the new range, Total Image coordinated a photoshoot using real CVGT employees as models. This helped to ensure the uniforms were represented on a diverse range of staff, further promoting inclusivity. The imagery was used in internal communications and on the custom-built online store, which offered staff an easy and streamlined ordering experience.

Total Image also created a digital lookbook, showcasing the garments and highlighting different outfit combinations, helping employees familiarise themselves with their options.

Outcome

CVGT staff responded positively to the new uniform range, which met the organization's goals for both functionality and brand alignment. The visually cohesive, versatile collection allowed employees to adapt their attire to their workday, while the custom online store simplified the ordering process.

The success of this collaboration has resulted in a continued partnership between CVGT and Total Image, with ongoing projects for branded merchandise and staff gifts.
